NIC Partners is proud to announce our certification as a Cisco Master Collaboration Specialization Partner. Cisco Master Collaboration Specialized Partners have met the most rigorous certification requirements for Cisco collaboration solutions and are part of an elite partner community.

In addition to technical qualifications and certifications, Cisco Master level partners are required to demonstrate their customer requirement processes and the ability to present Cisco applications, addressing challenging customer needs and requirements. No other Cisco specialization/certification demands such extensive proof of partner design, implementation, and demonstration capabilities.

As part of the extensive Cisco Master Specialization process, a third-party, onsite audit validates that Cisco Master partners maintain call control, messaging, video and conferencing expertise. Partners are also required to provide continuous training and developing their skills as Cisco refreshes solutions and requirements for each Master level specialization. Master Collaboration Specialized Partners are the only Cisco partners who have demonstrated their abilities at every phase of the Cisco network lifecycle.
