We’re Still Here to Support You

Letter to NIC Partners Customers

As your trusted technology partner, I wanted to let you know that we are here to help you navigate these unprecedented times. One of our core values is determination… and we are determined to support you however we can – whether that’s with extra training on remote work technologies, helping install additional technologies, configuring switches or expanding your remote user licenses.

We understand that not everyone has the technical resources to support the demand that you are now experiencing. We want you to feel confident in our ongoing ability to serve your needs and remind you that our Managed Services department can help you with your expanded technical workload.

For years now, we’ve provided our clients with market-leading collaboration and networking technologies to enable them to work remotely. Our business was an early adopter of collaboration technologies, so we are well-equipped to use them and to help you utilize them. The safety of our employees is paramount so many will continue to work from home through April 3. Rest assured, we have the right systems in place to support this and to serve clients with secured remote access. We will be fully functional and will continue to strive to provide you with outstanding customer service.

We have strong relationships with our technology partners and distributors, and we are in constant contact with them to mitigate as much risk as possible regarding potential supply chain issues.

I imagine you are experiencing what so many of our clients are right now: a vastly increased demand to transition your staff and other stakeholders to virtual and/remote technologies. Please know that we are here to help you in any way we can. Our focus is to help you deliver the right results to your organization in real time with minimal impact. For clarity, we have summarized Cisco’s free Webex licensing and security offers here and here.

Please don’t hesitate to reach out to us as your needs change and the situation continues to evolve. As always, contact your account manager or simply reply to this email and I’ll make sure you’re getting the right help from NIC Partners. I have attached a few simple tips we created and distributed to our employees as we transitioned to our new “work from home” environment.
